About us

Our integrity is our compass

Compass was founded on a simple idea: construction should work for the client, not the other way around.

We exist to close the gap between what owners envision and what actually gets built.

We assemble each project team around the client’s specific goals, risk tolerance, and timeline, rather than forcing every job through a one-size-fits-all process.

Strategically based near I-95 in Northern New England, we move quickly across the region, and take on select engagements nationwide when the fit is right. Whether the assignment is a ground-up build, a complex renovation, or an owner’s representation engagement, we bring the same disciplined, hands-on approach: senior-level oversight, transparent communication, and a relentless focus on schedule and budget.
